We look for financially qualified candidates who believe in fresh food, community connection, and the Fire Wings spirit of “Just Wing It.” Our franchise training & support gives new owners the knowledge and confidence to run their Chicken Wing Restaurant with clarity and structure.
Franchise owners participate in hands-on training covering operations, menu prep, service flow, staffing, and daily management. You’ll receive guidance on site selection and buildout, plus on-site support during your grand opening. Owners also gain access to the Fire Wings Confidential Operations Manual and ongoing support from our leadership team.
The estimated initial investment ranges from $543,000 to $1,090,000, which includes a $30,000 franchise fee. This range reflects costs for buildout, equipment, training, and start-up expenses. As with any new business, it’s important to have adequate capital for the early stages of growth.
Fire Wings does not offer direct financing, but we may provide referrals to third-party lending resources at our discretion. Final eligibility is determined by those independent lenders.
Franchise owners pay a 5% royalty fee based on gross sales, which supports system development, operational guidance, training resources, and continued brand evolution. Yes. Franchisees must invest in both local marketing and the brand marketing fund. Together, these required contributions will not exceed 5% of gross sales. The initial Fire Wings franchise agreement is for 10 years, with two optional renewal terms of five years each, pending compliance and approval.
